Day 6 Bluff to Page. Muley Point

No National Parks today, but plenty to see. We went to Muley Point (thanks Phil) for a spectacular view south towards Monument Valley.

Then we went rapidly downhill on the Moki Dugway, a steep gravel road with lots of switchbacks. Impossible to get a photo that shows how steep and precarious the road is. This is the view from the bottom looking up.

And then into Monument Valley itself, where the rocks are movie stars.

That night we stayed at Page, Az a town built for workers on the Glen Canyon Dam in the 1950's. We stayed at Bashful Bob's Hotel. Bob didn't say much, but he left some of his poetry in our room for us to "enjoy."
